Restore will only restore viruses an spyware so you must turn this feature off before you clean your PC otherwise it will reinfect. These bugs are saved to the restore with everything else.Depending on the virus, you may need to change all your passwords. You may have had them saved to the registry by default ( IE setting) . My guess is you have not changed it. You may want to reinstall the operating system just to make sure all is off the PC. Make sure it has a antispyware protection as well. Then download the free anispyware from microsoft called Defender for added spyware protection. No one program can detect all. They only protect what they are aware of. You can not install two virus protections.
