Steve D. Which tax Shelter did you contribute within the past which you had to provide back component from the credit you received? I'm assuming I'll need to give back about 30-40%. My buddy also donated to a tax shelter and she had to provide back 35% with no interest nor penalties. It was settled from court., the money shop,  nmr, quick cash loans,  :-(,
