Visit a local independent agent. The agent can work with you to find the best polciy for your situation and budget. They can check to make sure your doctor will accept any plan that they recommend. The plans and premiums are exactly the same using an agent or not.Dental is a different animal. Some health companies will offer dental as an option. Only people that need to see a dentist purchase dental insurance, so it is more of a pre-payment plan than insurance. There are waiting periods for most procedures and then the polciy will only pay 50% with a yearly cap.
