What is the most user-friendly and secure platform for collecting photos and videos from a large number of contributors?

 
I am working on a website project that requires me to gather a lot of photos and videos from different people (more than 100). I need a platform that allows me to easily upload, store, and access these files, as well as pay the contributors after they submit their content. What is the best option for this kind of task?
